Hold the line!

Yesterday morning Wes Bentley from Far Reaching Ministries gave a powerful message about the role that chaplains are playing in the South Sudan Army. They are leading soldiers to fight against enemies committing horrible acts of violence to women and children.  The ministry's focus is "not on what we can do for God, but instead, on what God can do with a fully surrendered life." Many of these soldiers know they may die in battle but believe that every second of the fight is noble and valuble as it gives precious time for innocent women and children to escape.  Surrender is not in their vocabulary they must hold the line. Wes encouraged us to hold the line in our own lives to live actively and boldly for the gospel. Watch this inspiring short video on the lives of these courageous men.
